Codleo Consulting is very pleased to announce that is has reached the summit. Not the summit of Mount Everest.  Though we wish we could. Maybe we might in the near future. Who knows?  Yes, a goal to aim for!!!! Well coming back to the topic of Summit. We are now a Summit tier partner (earlier known as Platinum tier) of the world’s number 1 CRM – Salesforce Inc. Beginning our journey as a base level partner when we launched in April 2019 with a handful of employees, we have achieved this milestone very quickly. In fact, in a period of two and a half years, we have moved up their partner  level ladder rather rapidly – base, crest, ridge, and now the ultimate level / tier – Summit. We do feel like summiters scaling one of the big adventure mountain peaks.

The world of Salesforce Consulting partners is growing. Similar to the Marvel movie universe, it features companies of different sizes, from sole proprietorships to multinational consultancies, and it offers a variety of services that span Salesforce products, industries, and system integration skills. This evaluation is done using each partner's Trailblazer Score, which is the basis for the Consulting Partner Tiers.

Innovation  - The confidence to approach issues differently and solve them with unique or out – of – the box solutions that leave people with a ‘ wow ‘ factor and set standards for others to emulate.

Engagement – Working in harmony / collaboration with the Salesforce team (in the region / city) to further the work of Salesforce and expand its reach to all natures, shapes, and sizes of companies.

As the partnership level grows, so doES the benefits that Salesforce provides. For example, now as a summit partner, we will be assigned a partner success manager to work with. We are now eligible for Google ads and quicker Technical Support Response Times. Consulting partners get access to important resources to construct their Salesforce practices and take full advantage of the different opportunities offered by the world’s premier customer relationship management software.
